Chilli Sauce + Garlic Sauce

For the garlic sauce

Combine together

  • 100g greek yogurt 

  • 3 crushed or grated garlic 

  • Generous pinch of sea salt

  • 1/2 juice of a lemon

  • Chopped fresh coriander 

  • Extra virgin olive oil


For the chilli sauce

Blend the ingredients in a blender until smooth. If you do not have a blender chopping these finely will do. Heat olive oil in a pot and cook the sauce, add oregano and simmer on medium heat for 8 minutes.

  • 1 tin of chopped tomatoes  

  • 3 fresh chillies 

  • Chilli paste ( optional)

  • 3 garlic cloves 

  • ¼ red onion

  • ¼ brown onion 

  • Teaspoon of salt

  • Tablespoon of tomato ketchup

  • Dried oregano

  • Pinch of sugar

  • Olive oil
