Sizzling beef noodles

Enjoy tender beef and crunchy vegetables in this quick and tasty one-pot beef noodle dish. With a total cooking and preparation time of just 20 minutes, it's ideal for easy family meals that everyone can savor together.

Ingredients:

·         300g Noodles

·         Steak- any kind of stir fry steak is fine

·         2 Spring Onions

·         150g Chestnut Mushrooms

·         1 Medium Brown Onions

·         100g White Cabbage

·         Green Pepper

·         1 Tsps. Sesame Seeds- optional

·         Salt & Black Pepper

For the sauce

·         4 Garlic Cloves

·         6 Tsps. Dark Soy Sauce

·         Chill Oil- put as you can handle.

·         2 Tsps. Sesame Oil -neutral oil is fine

·         1/4 Ginger

·         1 Tsps. Honey

·         1/2 Tsps. Vinegar- we used cider vinegar

Begin by soaking your dried noodles in a bowl of boiling water. Set them aside once softened.

  1. Season your beef with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a frying pan or wok over high heat, then add the beef. Cook for 4-5 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the pan and set it aside.

  2. In the same pan, stir-fry your vegetables until they are cooked but still crunchy.

  3. Drain the soaked noodles and add them to the pan along with your sauce ingredients.

  4. Return the cooked beef to the pan and stir everything together for about 3 minutes to combine the flavors.

  5. Serve your beef noodle stir-fry garnished with sesame seeds and chopped spring onions.
