Grilled Lamb Ribs

So good and quick. To the chops add the herbs and spices listed below to taste and allow to marinate, preferably overnight. Add the chops to a griddle pan and grill, within 5 minutes of cooking mix the brown sugar, butter and lemon juice together and glaze the lamb, use the juices to baste the meat. Cook for a total of 20 minutes

  • Garlic and ginger paste

  • Cumin powder

  • Chilli flakes

  • Mixed dried herbs

  • Lemon juice

  • Butter
