THE LAST DINNER OF 2024

As the curtain closed on 2024, we gathered friends around our table to toast an incredible year filled with memories, milestones, and flavours that will linger in our hearts. The last dinner of the year was a true celebration of community, and the joy of togetherness.

Our menu paid homage to home-cooked staples elevated with a touch of creativity. Mains was a lightly spiced cod loin in a rich tamarind curry sauce, perfectly complemented by salt and pepper prawns that brought a delightful crunch and bold seasoning. Served with fragrant coconut jasmine rice, tying everything together with its creamy, aromatic notes.

To finish, we indulged in a dessert that was as beautiful as it was delicious: a luscious Bueno tiramisu layered with chocolate hazelnut decadence, crowned with delicate raspberry tuiles and pistachio crème. It was a sweet finale to a menu inspired by the standout flavours of the past year. Drinks flowed freely, with our dear friend Naia crafting exquisite lychee martinis that added a refreshing, tropical twist to the evening. As the clock inched closer to midnight, more friends joined us, Dancing, and toasts into the early hours of the new year.
